Directions to Shomrei Torah
From the George Washington Bridge
Route 4 West to Route 208 North (towards Oakland) Exit at Morlot Ave West (2nd
of 2 Morlot Ave exits). Continue on Morlot Ave., through light, 3 blocks.
Synagogue is just past the railroad tracks on the left.
From Route 80
Exit 61 River Drive North on River Drive (also known as Route 507) for
approximately 2 miles into Fair Lawn, becomes River Road At traffic light turn
right onto Morlot Avenue (East) for six blocks.
From Route 17
Exit onto Route 4 West to Route 208 North (towards Oakland) Exit Morlot
Avenue West (2nd of 2 Morlot Ave exits). Continue on Morlot Ave., through light, 3 blocks.
Synagogue is just past the railroad tracks on the left.
From Route 287
Take Route 208 South, exit at Plaza Road. Turn right off the ramp onto Plaza
Road. Go one block. At light right turn onto Morlot Avenue. Go 3 blocks.
Synagogue is just past the railroad tracks on your left.
From New Jersey Turnpike
Proceed to the extreme northern end of the Turnpike by either the east
or west spurs, exits 18E or 18W and follow signs for "Interstate 80
West-Paterson-Dover." Stay on a short section of I-95 until you are on I-80
West, either express or local. Proceed on Route 80 about 8 miles to the exit
"River Drive-Garfield-Elmwood Park." Follow directions from Route 80 (above).
From Garden State Parkway
Exit 156 - Follow signs to Route 20. Stay on Route 20 (approximately 3
miles - landmarks on right hand side: Burger King, Exxon station.) to Morlot
Ave. Bridge (Sign immediately after Exxon station says "Fair Lawn"). Continue
on Morlot Avenue 1.5 miles. (After approx. ½ mile you will make right and left
within intersection to continue going straight). Synagogue is on your right.
