The top five  reasons to fill out your
Membership Update Information Form
and send it back:

 5.  Contact information:   So you can be notified of important announcements and events in a timely manner.  If we don’t have your updated contact information, we can’t notify you.

4.   Aliyah Information: So the Gabbaim in all 3 Minyanim can have your current Mi-Sheberach list when any member of your household gets an aliyah.  Do they have your newest family members?

 3.  Yahrtseit Information:  So we can send reminders to say Kaddish, give Tsedaka, light a candle for your departed loved ones.  Kel Malei's are usually said by the Rabbi after Torah Reading during Mincha on Shabbos of the week preceding the yahrtseit.

2. Birthdates and contact information:   So the shul board can strategically plan for youth programs knowing the number of youth in each age group; so the shul can plan for programs geared for retirees and seniors; and so we can send Shalach Manot and important updates to your adult children in the area.
